About Us

Our business is led by Chef Nicolas Chunky Onwaeze, BA (Hons), a certified HACCP, European-trained chef currently completing a Master’s degree in Operations Management. He also holds formal academic qualifications in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management.

With over twenty years of experience in the culinary industry, Chef Nicolas has lived and worked across more than twenty countries throughout Africa, Europe, and North America. His diverse background and global exposure are reflected in his refined, thoughtful approach to cuisine, blending international influences with high standards of quality and execution.

Chef Nicolas firmly believes that financial circumstances or geographic location should never limit one’s opportunity to enjoy exceptional food.
